I order this all the time when I goto Croqembouche in Botany, and everytime I eat it I think that it would be quite easy to make. Atleast your recipe proved it!

Caramelized onion with kalamata olives, sound and look so flavorful…have to try it great pictures as well…yummie!

I love onions – raw, cooked, caramelised, grilled, or pickled. But this recipe takes onions to a whole new sophisticated level!

oh the crust looks so golden, nothing like a good golden crust. I saw a jamie oliver recipe for roast onion ravioli….looks quite delicious…I’ve been meaning to try it. Since you have about 9.5kg of onions left, might be an idea!
