I love the lemon and strawberry flavour combination. Very nice roulade. Well done. I have very delicious looking Blackberry Roulade and Mocha Roulade recipes from Martha Stewart that I have been meaning to make. A bit of a reminder that I need to get on that!

I love the last photo of the cross-section. You’re making the most of the last of summer with the strawberries. The lemon cream sounds like it would be worth trying in other recipes too.
