Funny I googled looking for friand recipe’s to try out my new tin and funny how I find a fellow sydneysider’s site, these look lovely and are in the oven as I type. I made lemon curd a few weeks ago and this is just the thing to use the curd up and try out my new tin at the same time. Off to check out the rest of your blog for more yummy recipes!! Hugs Tracy

Your friand tin is so cute – I love the imprint at the bottom. I do like friands and the zestiness of the lemon would be just delicious!

They look fantastic! I love the moistness of friands but I admit I don’t bake them often enough. These are proving inspirational though

Lemon curd goes so well with so many things doesn’t it? And Portuguese egg tarts sound like a great way to use up your leftover yolks, I can never decide what to do with mine!
